In a second operation, 5,545 kilograms of cocaine and morphine were seized, which were also hidden in transparent bags inside another suitcase.

The timely intervention of the Mexican Navy allowed the identification and arrest of the two individuals who were attempting to traffic these illicit substances.

Following the seizure and arrest of the alleged traffickers, the Mexican Navy placed the detainees and the seized substances at the disposal of the Attorney General’s Office (FGR) at the AICM to continue with the corresponding investigations.
