Mexican Oil (Pemex) Files Complaint Against Public Servants – FGR Reports Pension Scandal involving María Amparo Cáceres

General Prosecutor of the Republic (FGR) reported that mexican oil (Pemex) filed a complaint against various public servants of the company and three individuals: María Amparo Cáceres, Fernanda “N” and Carlos “N”.

This is due to alleged illegality in granting pensions to individuals for the death of Pemex official Carlos Márquez, husband of María Amparo Cáceres, and authorizations of economic material given by public servants for that purpose.

FGR reported that on April 12 this year, Maria Amparo Kaiserwho is director of the Mexican Against Corruption and Impunity Association, opened an investigation file, specifying the circumstances of the manner, time and place of the referred events that occurred on April 15.

As per the rules, the investigation plan was prepared, requesting necessary information in the case, which is being collected.

Subsequently the director of Pemex, Octavio RomeroMaria Amparo accused Cáceres of being part of a possible act of corruption worth 31 million pesos against the company.
