Four reserve companies of the Border Guard were recruited this morning, and during the weekend they will join the increased activity carried out by the Border Guard units at the centers of disturbances and riots.
The Commander of the Border Guard, Superintendent Amir Cohen, said: “The reserve companies that were recruited this morning and other companies that are on standby reinforce the increased activity that the Border Guard units carry out at the centers of disturbances and riots. The Border Guard fighters will continue to act with a heavy hand and using all advanced measures against violators of public order.”
