Just financing a girls’ night out is difficult for her.
Micaela Schäfer (40) admits to RTL that she has accumulated a mountain of debt worth 1.41 million francs. Before taking part in the jungle camp in 2012, the self-proclaimed “slug” was relatively unknown. She earned her living as a waitress, among other things. Since her participation in “I’m a Celebrity – Get Me Out of Here!” She has made a name for herself primarily as a revealing model and entertainer and, among other things, runs an Onlyfans account.
Thanks to the career boost from the jungle camp, Schäfer now earns an average of 3,000 euros per appearance. The busy businesswoman dabbles in reality shows, hosts and occasionally stands behind the turntables as a DJ. The 40-year-old owns four apartments and is currently building her own home. Nevertheless, according to her own statements, she is not swimming in money, but has to pay close attention to her expenses.
Micaela first appeared in public in 2006 in the first season of GNTM.

Micaela Schäfer has now admitted to RTL that things are not going well for her financially. “Things aren’t going great for me at all,” said the 40-year-old. She has a total of 1.5 million euros in loan debt. “I can’t just afford vacations now. It’s not possible, I don’t have the money. Even a girls’ night out is difficult for me,” reveals the former GNTM candidate.
However, Micaela hasn’t just thrown money around in the past. Rather, she “set priorities” and invested her assets. “I’m just clever,” says the entertainer. However, it will take a while before she is back on the right track financially: “I have to earn money for many, many years so that my structure doesn’t collapse,” explains the nude model in conclusion.
