The IEA, an association of which Levi is in theory the president, issued a note in which it says it knows nothing of the request and in the end the invitation to Rovelli was renewed. But who pressed Levi to silence Rovelli? It is not known, but it seems that he did it all by himself, the victim of a terrible attack of moral scoliosis which forced him to bend his back at a right angle at the mere thought of embarrassing a minister.
