Desperate Search for Missing Partner of Sir Mick Jagger’s Granddaughter in Cornwall
A frantic search is underway for Alexander Key, the long-term partner of Assisi Jackson, granddaughter of Rolling Stones legend Sir Mick Jagger, after he disappeared in the coastal village of Boscastle, Cornwall.
The family of Sir Mick Jagger is at the center of a growing concern as authorities investigate the disappearance of 37-year-old Alexander Key, a chef and father of two. Key was last seen on Friday afternoon in Boscastle and was reported missing to Devon and Cornwall Police on Saturday evening, triggering an urgent public appeal for information.
Jade Jagger, 54, Assisi’s mother and a renowned jewelry designer, utilized social media this morning to amplify the police’s plea, sharing images of Key to her followers. According to police descriptions, Key is of medium build and easily recognizable due to his distinctive bright peroxide blonde hair and preference for brightly colored clothing. Images released by Jade depict Key wearing a striking orange patterned jacket.
Authorities have expressed increasing concern for Key’s well-being as search efforts continue throughout the Boscastle area. The picturesque village, while a popular destination known for its dramatic harbor and cliffside walks, can present hazards, particularly during the winter months.
“Police are urging anyone who may have seen Alexander or knows of his whereabouts to contact them immediately,” a police spokesperson stated, requesting that individuals reference log number 847 of January 24, 2026, when providing information.
Assisi Jackson, 33, is the eldest grandchild of Sir Mick Jagger, 82, and the daughter of Jade Jagger and artist Piers Jackson. She and Key reside in Cornwall with their two daughters, Ezra, 11, and Romy, 6.
Key is a co-owner of The Rocket Store, a well-regarded seafood restaurant in Boscastle, alongside head chef Freddie Woodruff.
