The US company, Microsoft, announced its decision to change the name of its famous application package “Office” to a new name, in the coming months.
Microsoft revealed the name of the website, which will become “Office.com”, and the “Office” application for mobile devices, Windows, will bear the new name “Microsoft 365” and the “Office” application for the operating system.
All of these changes are scheduled to start from the first of next November, with the rebranding of the “Office” application for “Windows”, “Mac OS”, “iOS” and “Android” systems in January 2023.
Microsoft confirmed that it will not abandon the names of the “Office” applications, after changing its name to “Microsoft 365”, such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, email service, Outlook and Times.
Microsoft Dev Box supports devices with up to 32 virtual CPUs and 128 GB of RAM, this enables developers to deploy development boxes in their on-premises Azure region and all devices with gigabit connection speeds.
Microsoft has created a portal for developers to organize development boxes, which makes it ideal for managing legacy applications or old versions of applications for specific clients.
