According to the Dowdetector portal, Microsoft has experienced a sharp drop around seven in the morning, The technology giant has said on Twitter that they have identified the problem and that it is finally solved after having left more than a dozen countries with incidents in their network, although they continue to track what could have caused a collapse in the system.
The Downdetector website has revealed that the incident affected a more than 3,700 user reports in multiple countries such as USA, Brazil, Canada, Spain, France or the United Kingdom as Microsoft also includes on its portal.
