Mifal HaPais launches ‘Aquarium’, live music performances at Mifal HaPais

The “Aquarium” of Mifal Hapayis will host veteran and well-known artists, along with young artists and artists at the beginning of their careers, who will receive a prestigious, permanent and stable stage for playing their music, in a variety of genres. The project was born as part of the Lottery Council’s Lottery for Culture and the Arts’s to support artists and their work, and to make it accessible to many and diverse audiences to be exposed and consume culture. All the shows will be uploaded to a dedicated YouTube channel and social networks, will be available for free viewing and will join a huge archive of Israeli music in all its shades.

The “Aquarium” will serve as a one-of-a-kind meeting place that provides artists with a new and unique platform to create musical experiments, experiment with original performances and produce new musical compositions that are only possible in such a format. Each week artists are invited to be hosted, seen and heard in any artistic way they choose to play and play their music performances.
