Omar Confalonieri, a 48-year-old real estate agent, was arrested by the carabinieri of Milano with the accusation of having raped a woman in his office in via Montenapoleone. The fact dates back to 2nd October, but it was disclosed today that the investigating judge of Milan issued a precautionary detention order for aggravated sexual violence, kidnapping and aggravated personal injury. That Saturday the woman had gone to him with the partner to close the deal for a box, and she had also brought the daughter a few months. The presence of the little girl did not stop the man who offered two to celebrate the deal drink with inside benzodiazepine, later found in his home during a search, drugging the two.
The assumption is that the real estate agent is one serial rapist. Confalonieri had been already arrested in 2009 in Monza, always for sexual violence by the narcoleptic drug method. After serving his sentence and following a re-educational path, the man was then rehabilitated by the Court. Now similar episodes are being evaluated and investigators have already received two calls from two alleged rape victims, after they launched an appeal to “contact the Carabinieri for those who met him and subsequently accused him of a state of unconsciousness”.
