Lecture on the topic of ‘Producers who break the K-pop formula’
Min Hee-jin, CEO of Adore, will appear on a talk show next month. Attention is being paid to whether CEO Min will send out a related message, as she has been accused of breach of trust by her parent company, Hive.
According to Hyundai Card on the 7th, CEO Min will be a lecturer at the ‘Da Vinci Motel’ event to be held in the Itaewon Hyundai Card area in Yongsan-gu, Seoul on September 27th.
Da Vinci Motel is a cultural convergence event where you can meet experts in the fields of art, academia, management, technology, and entertainment through talks, performances, and exhibitions.
Representative Min’s lecture topic is ‘Min Hee-jin’s Freestyle, a Producer Who Breaks the Formula of K-Pop’. The lecture time is 100 minutes, which is twice as long as other lecturers.
Representative Min held two press conferences in April and May, directly refuting claims that Hybe attempted to seize management rights. Hybe began an audit, stating that it had discovered circumstances in which Representative Min and some of Adore’s executives attempted to steal Adore’s management rights and New Jeans members, and reported Representative Min to the Yongsan Police Station in Seoul on charges of breach of trust.
In response, CEO Min sued Hive’s management, including former CEO Park Ji-won, for obstruction of business and defamation, claiming that Hive used the KakaoTalk messenger conversations obtained during the audit process to form negative public opinion about him. Hive responded by stating that CEO Min has never submitted any information assets, including a laptop, and has never responded to the audit.
