Minister of Education approves handling of students’ cases in final evaluation exams

Today, Thursday, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Naeem Al-Aboudi, approved the handling of students’ cases in the final evaluation exams.

The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research said in a statement received by the (INA): “In accordance with the requirements of the required evaluation of the results of the final evaluation exams for the second round of the academic year 2024/2023, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Naeem Al-Aboudi, approved the following treatments: 1. Granting five grades for each subject included in the evaluation exams to address critical cases for students in the final stages for the purpose of changing the student’s status from failure to success, 2. Granting five total grades for the subjects included in the evaluation exams to address critical cases for students in non-final stages to change the student’s status from failure to success or success by passing.”
The Ministry confirmed that “the treatment grades of five for critical cases issued by the Department of Studies, Planning and Follow-up for the final evaluation exams in the first round will continue to be applied.”
