The lawyer argued that they made “Ms. Vivanco’s electronic equipment available to the Prosecutor’s Office, that is, her telephone and a computer” and that The objective “is to carry out an open, frank investigation, in a fair, just and honest process, which will allow progress to be made in the complete clarification of these events that have so shaken the national judicial and political system.”

The Los Lagos Prosecutor’s Office, through a statement, confirmed “the voluntary seizure of various technological equipment from Minister Ángela Vivanco Martínez,” within the framework of the investigation led by prosecutor Wittwer.

He also indicated that the judge is being investigated for possible crimes of incompatible negotiation, bribery and influence peddling, in the context of the case in which Codelco and the company Consorcio Belaz Movitec SpA (CBM) were parties.
