Riyadh: GCC ministerial meeting rejects planned propaganda aimed at member countries. The ministerial meeting approved radio and television programs produced by GCC countries and joint media projects. Co-operation projects between news agencies, electronic media and external media and coordination in technical and engineering areas related to reception and transmission channels were approved.

The ministers discussed the report submitted by the Gulf Radio and Television Corporation and the report of the GCC’s Joint Program Production Corporation. The Saudi Press Agency reported that the meeting discussed the plans of the two organizations and decisions related to the promotion of their mission within the joint Gulf media operation system.
