Today, only the state can give such a guarantee, ”Osadchuk said at the first international forum“ Ethics of Artificial Intelligence: The Beginning of Trust ”. In his opinion, “the creation of the necessary and sufficient conditions for national interests in the field of security is a mandatory criterion.”

He also commented on the creation of a national code of ethics in the field of artificial intelligence. “The code has been adopted, and this is the first step. As it is applied, it is advisable to form at the government level, for example, in an analytical center, an interdepartmental commission with the participation of interested federal government bodies and organizations, ”Osadchuk said.

The ceremony of signing the code of ethics in the field of artificial intelligence took place on October 26 in the framework of the first international forum “Ethics of Artificial Intelligence: The Beginning of Trust”. The idea of ​​drawing up a moral and ethical code in the field of AI was submitted by Russian President Vladimir Putin, speaking on December 4, 2020 at the plenary session of the AI ​​Journey international online conference.
