Looking at the main contents, first of all, students infected with COVID-19 are advised not to go to school if they have a high fever or severe respiratory symptoms, and are encouraged to recover their health at home.
You can return to school the day after your symptoms disappear, and any absences during the period you do not attend school will be recognized as attendance.
In addition, we emphasize basic preventive measures such as hand washing, ventilation, and cough etiquette in daily life, and recommend wearing a mask when visiting medical institutions.
If you are infected with COVID-19, wear a mask for the sake of others and refrain from unnecessary gatherings or going out.
In addition, relatively high-risk groups, such as those over 60 years old who work in schools or those with weakened immune systems, are advised to wear masks in crowded and closed indoor spaces and to quickly visit a hospital for treatment if they develop fever or respiratory symptoms.
The Ministry of Education said, “We will continue to improve the prevention guidelines by communicating with relevant ministries and other agencies to ensure that schools do not experience difficulties responding to infectious diseases,” and “We also plan to actively support matters that schools need.”
