EMERCOM of Russia is considering the issue of additional flights to take Russians out of the Gaza Strip, the press service of the department told TASS.
They recalled that on May 27, an Il-76 aircraft of the Ministry of Emergency Situations delivered 64 Russian citizens to Moscow, including 31 children taken from the Gaza Strip. “Terms and routes for additional flights are being worked out,” the Emergencies Ministry said.

Citizens were evacuated voluntarily, psychologists, doctors and the emergency team of the Ministry of Emergency Situations accompanied them during the flight. The condition of the evacuees is satisfactory, the department added.
On May 20, President Vladimir Putin ordered the start of the voluntary evacuation of Russians and citizens of the CIS countries from the Gaza Strip due to the aggravation of the situation.
