The Ministry of Health invited its health practitioners with professional excellence and reputation in the field of specialization to apply for the excellence allowance 2022-2023 through the “Mawarid” system.
The ministry’s circular, which “News 24” reviewed, included that application for the 2022 excellence allowance begins on February 1 and ends on February 21, while application for the 2023 excellence allowance begins from February 25 to March 13.
The Ministry has set several requirements for applying for the excellence allowance, including “evaluating job performance by obtaining an excellent rating in the performance evaluation for the last two years (2022-2023), and that the health practitioner must have completed two years with a date of appointment before 1/1/2022 in order to be eligible for the excellence allowance for the year 2022, and before He will join from 1/1/2023 to be eligible for the 2023 distinction allowance on the “Civil Service – Self-Employment” salary scale.
The circular also stipulated discipline during the last two years, productivity and a commitment to carrying out the main tasks of the specialization on an ongoing and effective basis, with adherence to attendance, participation or supervision of organizational and educational activities and technical or administrative committees, and that his record be free of absences and of any conviction or technical and administrative punishment during the two years.
The circular added that all positions of “resident physician, dentist, deputy physician, and consultant physician” are required to obtain valid clinical privilege certificates issued by the Accreditation Committee, and that the professional record be free of any conviction or technical or administrative penalty during the two years (2022-2023).
