OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION

The person in the role of “Environmental Sanitation Agent” carry out all the activities of the provincial territory corresponding to environmental health, such as: environmental evaluation of homes and peri-domestic, search and identification of insects of sanitary importance, sampling of canine fecal matter, education for environmental health, serological sampling of rodents, distribution of antiparasitics, operational and logistic support in activities of sanitary zones, sampling of environmental matrices, etc. All these activities require prior organization and logistics, as well as reporting on what is observed and done in the field, always in line with the objectives of the Department of Environmental Health.

REQUIREMENTS

1st Internal Call:

• Possess a Complete Secondary Title, preferably from technical schools, issued by Provincial, National or Private establishments with authorization and recognized by the Ministry of Education and Justice of the Nation. (Exclusive)
• Be a Permanent Plant worker (Service 10L).
• Be an active casual worker (Service 40L) of the SPPS (Art. 25 CCT) or have provided services during the COVID-19 pandemic.

2nd APP Call:

• Possess a Complete Secondary Title, preferably from technical schools, issued by Provincial, National or Private establishments with authorization and recognized by the Ministry of Education and Justice of the Nation. (Exclusive)
• Belong to the field of the Provincial Public Administration, and must belong to the permanent plant (ppal.10) with the exception of SPPS personnel.
• Belong to the Political Plant (ppal.32) of the Ministry of Health.

3rd External Call:

• Possess a Complete Secondary Title, preferably from technical schools, issued by Provincial, National or Private establishments with authorization and recognized by the Ministry of Education and Justice of the Nation. (Exclusive)
• Accredited address by DNI in the City of Neuquén. (Exclusive)
• Age up to 35 years (not having turned 36 at the time of registration). (Exclusive)
• Those applicants included in any of the impediments indicated for admission to the SPPS, according to article 17 of the CCT, Law 3118, will not be able to register.

DOCUMENTATION TO SUBMIT

1. To all the documentation required below, the one established for each position must be added according to its description.
2. All applicants must submit the standard note included in this procedure, formally stating the intention to participate in the contest, declaring legal address, telephone number and email address. (Exclusive)
3. Note of commitment to permanence included in this procedure, as an Affidavit, assuming the commitment to permanence covering the vacancy for a period of not less than two years. (Exclusive)
4. Affidavit of not being included in any of the impediments indicated in the ART. 17 of the CCT. (Exclusive)
5. Curriculum Vitae (Exclusive)
6. Copy of the National Identity Document. (Exclusive)
7. Copy of the title according to the description of the position to compete. (Exclusive)
8. Certificate of employment and academic background according to the description of the position to be applied for. (Preferred)
9. Debt Free Certificate issued by the Provincial Registry of Delinquent Food Debtors. (Exclusive)
10. Applicants to the Internal Closed Contest for Personnel, both permanent and temporary, who perform functions in the Health System field must submit a labor certificate stating that they are not in a current order of merit as winner and/or in appointment process, their grouping and level must also be stated in the case of being plant personnel. (Exclusive)
11. Applicants to the Closed Internal Contest for Personnel who provide functions in the Public Health System and the Provincial Public Administration, in addition to the documentation detailed above, must present: Attendance report for the last year and last performance evaluation. (exclusive)
12. Applicants who have been temporary workers during the health emergency must also present proof of having provided services in the indicated period and a performance evaluation with a very satisfactory or satisfactory concept. (Exclusive)
13. Once the registration is closed, no new documentation may be submitted, except for that expressly requested by the Contest Evaluation Committee. (Exclusive)
14. Those who are winners, at the time of application, must submit originals of the documentation to be duly authenticated. (Exclusive)
15. The data entered will have the nature of an affidavit. The falsification of the same by the applicants, will be grounds for exclusion from the selection and will disqualify them from applying for a new selection.
