jpnn.com – The Ministry of Youth and Sports held a seminar entitled Youth Speaks with the theme Towards a Healthy and Narcotics-Free Sumedang.

The event which took place at the Pasirnanjung Village Sports Hall, Cimanggung District, Wednesday (11/9/2024) was organized by the Deputy for Youth Empowerment through the Assistant Deputy for Youth Organizations and Scouting.

In his speech, Deputy for Youth Empowerment Asrorun Ni’am Sholeh revealed that the activity was held to prevent and minimize the circulation and abuse of narcotics.

It is also hoped that these activities will form a clean and healthy lifestyle among young people.

“We invite youth and student leaders to stay away from narcotics because the number of narcotics abuses among young people in Indonesia is increasing,” said the man born on May 31, 1976.

It is hoped that this seminar will produce independent young people who have an entrepreneurial, pioneering and volunteer spirit.

“This activity is held in several regions throughout Indonesia, the aim is to strengthen social cohesion and inventory the community so that it is adaptive to environmental changes,” said Asrorun Ni’am Sholeh.

The Ministry of Youth and Sports through the Deputy for Youth Empowerment routinely holds seminars in several regions in Indonesia.
It is hoped that these positive activities can prevent young people from committing negative acts.
