Minnal Murali Review: ‘First’ superhero film with Indian character … but still why? | Minnal Murali Review – a superhero attempt shines despite the flaws

The film’s strength is the characters, which are interestingly written. Starting with the myth that comes at the beginning, the screenplay moves on to having multiple branch stories. In the final scene, the two superheroes are fighting, but one of the biggest tragedies is stopped with the help of a commoner. Similarly, the character of Shelley Kishore, who is in love with Guru Somasundaram, is also well written. No big verses. But Shelley Kishore’s character always shows sadness and hopelessness in life.

‘Bruce Lee’ Femina George as Fiji, Vashisht as Boy Josmon and Aju Varghese as CB Teach provide a lot of comedic scenes for the film. Guru Somasundaram’s performance is the key to everything. The village again harasses a man who quietly evicts even the village that hates him. You have to show different facial expressions in different scenes like passing one by crying, standing hesitantly, finishing everything and smiling tactfully. Guru Somasundaram handles it very well.

The most talked about superhero movie is the masks and costumes of the superheroes. There will be large-scale efforts for that. But, without it, there is enough to speak of parallel to such films as ‘Lightning Murali’. Both of them are running fast with their lungs. If one covers the face with a piece, the other covers the face with the sack of a corn toy. Except for the climax scene, all the scenes have such costumes.
