More than two million children and teenagers are exposed to pornographic content for more than 50 minutes every month, according to Arcom, which has just announced a new crackdown to better protect them. The Internet Security Law, adopted last April, gave the media and digital police the power to administratively block, without recourse to a judge, platforms that do not guarantee that their users are actually important.
The possibility could finally become effective within three months with the announcement this Friday by Arcom of the publication of a framework of minimum technical requirements applicable to systems for verifying the age of Internet users.
