The relevant decision of the Minsk authorities dated October 26, 2023 number 4439 was published on the National Legal Internet Portal, BelTA reports.
It is explained that the increased coefficients are introduced in relation to capital constructions (buildings, structures), isolated premises (parts thereof) in the markets, which are owned by Minsk and business associations, in the statutory funds of which more than 50 percent of the shares belong to the state.
We are talking about retail spaces transferred to legal entities or private individuals in the markets “Serabranka”, “Tuteyshi”, “Komarovsky”, “Kurasoushchinsky”, “Chyzhovsky”, in the shopping centers “Stalitsa”, “Partizansky”, “Kupalovsky”.
The changes will come into effect on November 20, 2023.
