New meeting of the Roses-Cap de Creus Business Association

Miquel Gotanegra was re-elected unanimously president of the Roses-Cap de Creus Business Association during the last assembly of the entity. The board of directors, for continuity, is formed by Gotanegra in the presidency; Roser Alabert (vice president); Marc Ricart (secretary); Josep Vilà (treasurer); and as vocalists: Esther Escudero, Gemma Gotanegra, Josep Parés; Anthony Abad; Ramon Piferrer; and Xavi Abad.

In his parliament, the re-elected president stated that the objective is to continue working with the union of all businessmen so that Roses is a reference destination in sustainable tourism in the Mediterranean. Gotanegra has offered to collaborate with the City Council to make this purpose possible and has emphasized the need for the public and private sectors to work together, “hI have to go together, this is the only possible way and it is the formula for success“, he affirmed. On the other hand, Gotanegra has emphasized the importance of the continuous training of workers in order to achieve qualified templates and at the height of “the excellence of the destination”.

Miquel Gotanegra has been president of the Estació Nàutica de Roses-Cap de Creus association since 2010 and of the Roses Merchants Association since 2012. In 2019, the two associations merged and the Roses-Cap de Creus Business Association was created, chaired by Miquel Gotanegra.
