he Grand Brizo Bel Air Hotel opened its doors in Arenales 1462, Recoleta neighborhood. Surrounded by art galleries and luxury boutiques, the latest hospitality icon made its grand opening which brought together dignitaries, including local authorities, prominent members of the public and celebrities.
More than 200 guestswith the presence of Mirtha “La Chiqui” Legrand, Daniel Scioli, Secretary of Tourism, Environment and Sports of the Ministry of the Interior of Argentina, Valentín Díaz Gilligan, President of the Tourism Entity, and famous people such as Gabriel Lage, Gino Bogani, Mariana Arias and Débora Plager, among others, they were dazzled by the impressive facade decorated with green and gold ribbon. This detail captured the artistic foundation and detail work behind the remodel, true to the original design. After this memorable welcome, they went on to enjoy a cocktail with live music from the group Vocat, which created a sophisticated and festive atmosphere.
Host of the evening, Iván de Pineda, introduced by Claudia Álvarez Argüelles, President and CEO of the Álvarez Argüelles Hoteles chain, which showed:

Then, Daniel Scioli gave a speech, followed by a few words from Mirtha Legrand. To conclude the presentation, the ribbon was cut together with the main authorities accompanying the meeting, celebrating the official opening of the hotel and emphasizing the importance of the building as a historical monument.
Those in attendance enjoyed an exquisite selection of dishes, including smoked salmon rolls, seared scallops on black bread and wines from the Catena Zapata Winery. Likewise, the drinks bar, led by bartender Ramiro Ferreri, was an essential service. DJ Soledad Rodriguez Zubieta was also present, providing music for the event with vinyl. In addition, guests had the opportunity to learn about the hotel’s facilities.
Built in 1927 and originally designed by the architects Squirru and Croce Mujica in the Spanish Baroque style, the building has been fully restored by the chain Alvarez Arguelles Hotels, respect for its historical and architectural value.

The combination of natural flavors from different regions of the country incorporates fresh ingredients that reflect the creativity of each of his dishes. It carries a carefully curated wine list with international scores, refined spirits and cocktails.
The lounge combines art, culture, design and gastronomy, offering a perfect environment to socialize or disconnect. Its warm interior garden with natural vegetation creates a cozy environment that invites you to enjoy the creation of “Bel Air Chocolat” and celebrate French specialities, truffles and chocolates.
