Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed an order on lump-sum payments of benefits to people injured in the shooting at Perm State University (PSNIU), the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers said.
It follows from the document that spouses, children, parents and persons who were dependent on the victims as a result of the attack on the university will receive 1 million rubles each. “In equal shares to each family member.” People whose health was injured of moderate or severe severity will be paid 400,000 rubles each, persons with minor injuries – 200,000 rubles each.
In total, up to 18.4 million rubles will be allocated from the government reserve fund for these purposes. The Government of the Perm Territory was instructed to provide the EMERCOM of Russia with the lists of the dead and injured agreed with the Ministry of Health.

Yesterday, at about 9:00 local time (11:00 Moscow time), a man with a gun and a knife opened fire on the territory of the Perm State National Research University. The attacker’s name was not officially disclosed, however, according to media reports, he was an 18-year-old student Timur Bekmansurov.
