The question is: did Letizia really write these messages herself? The spokeswoman for the Offenburg police, Mara Huber, said when asked by BILD: “Yes, there was written contact with the sister – via cell phone.”

And: “We are currently assuming that this message comes from Letizia.” According to Mara Huber, there is currently nothing to say against it.

First contact in over a week

A confidante of Letizia also received a message from Letizia’s cell phone: “I wrote to Letizia on the night from Wednesday to Thursday.” Letizia replied.

The confidant: “I asked her if she was away from home for something special.” She didn’t expect an answer. But at 12:00 a.m., her cell phone emitted a message tone. The answer appeared in the chat: “No.”

The student has been missing since an argument with her parents. The police suspect the girl in the Esslingen area (Baden-Württemberg).

But: Could someone else have written with Letizia’s cell phone? The girlfriend: “At first it wasn’t obvious to me that Letizia really wrote the message.”

But on Thursday morning, the friend received interesting information: “Letizia’s sister told me that she also wrote to her. After that I was sure: It really was her.”

The reason for Letizia’s disappearance? According to the girlfriend, a banal one. “Nothing bad happened,” she says. What was the argument with the parents about? “This time it was just house arrest because she hadn’t come home,” said the friend.
