On August 28 (Vietnam time), El Deber newspaper reported that a group of armed criminals broke into a house. Miss Bolivia 2021 Nahemi Uequin, stole a crown worth 10 thousand dollars (more than 200 million VND) and many other properties.
According to a report from the Special Forces Against Crime (FELCC), the theft occurred at 7:00 p.m. on August 24 at the Equipetrol area in Santa Cruz, Bolivia. Three thieves broke in through the garage door and stole a camera, two computers, a wallet, jewelry, two passports, a pistol, cash and other valuables.
Security camera footage shows the thieves fleeing through the roof after ransacking the house. One of the three suspects, a Peruvian national, has been arrested and will be tried, while the other two remain at large. Although police recovered many items, the crown of Miss Bolivia 2021 has not been found.
