The New Zealand squad for the T20 series against India has been announced today.
Mitchell Santner has been named as India’s captain for the T20I series as both Kane Williamson and Tim Salty retire after the Pakistan series. Kyle Jamieson, Matt Henry, Adam Milne and Ben Sears are out due to injury. Ben Lister, a 27-year-old fast bowler, is a first-timer. Added to the team. Tom Latham will captain the ODI series against India. Santner has previously captained New Zealand in 11 T20Is.
The India-New Zealand ODI series will begin on January 18 and the T20I series on January 27.
