Mithali Raj and Julan move up in ICC women’s rankings

Despite missing out on ODI World Cup cricket, India’s Mithali Raj and Julan Goswami have improved in the latest ICC ODI women’s rankings.

In the batsmen’s list, Mithali improved two places to sixth. He has 686 points. Julan Goswami improved two places to fifth in the bowlers’ list. He has 663 points. Julen is the only Indian to make it into the top ten.

Meanwhile, India’s Smriti Mandana has also made it into the top ten. Smriti is in 10th position. Laura Wolward of South Africa became the world number one, improving two places. Laura came out on top, beating Australia’s Alyssa Healy. Alyssa was relegated to fifth.
