Farber will manage the new subsidiary that the group will establish – Mivtach Shamir Energy, which has signed a contract with a company from Shanghai as part of its new operations.
The new company will concentrate Mivtach Shamir Holdings’ electricity and renewable energy storage activities under one private company and will exclusively represent Shanghai-Electric in Israel for the establishment of storage facilities in Israel. “Both for industrial and commercial end customers and to take part in future energy storage tenders, which will be published by the state,” the company said in a statement.
