Mobileye expects to have accumulated revenues of more than $17 billion from the ADAS field by 2030 – of which $3.5 billion will come from the SuperVision autonomous driving kit that the company launched in the fourth quarter of 2021. At the annual electronics show CES, which is currently taking place in Las Vegas, Mobileye also reported On accelerated growth in the revenue backlog in 2022 thanks to additional new products such as the new “system on a chip” EyeQ6. The accumulated expected revenue stands at an additional 6.7 billion dollars from ADAS systems (advanced driver assistance systems), with an estimated future volume of 63.6 million systems.

Besides the growth in the ADAS field, Mobileye announced an additional expected revenue of $3.5 billion from Autonomous Mobility-as-a-Service products by 2028, based on transactions with three large companies. Among them was a deal to integrate into the “Mobility as a Service” project for an autonomous vehicle, which was recently agreed upon with a leading manufacturer of commercial vehicles in the European Union. In addition, the company expects revenues of 1.5 billion dollars from autonomous driving product sales to the private consumer by 2030.

Mobileye founder and CEO Amnon Shashua said that “in the short period of time that has passed since the company’s IPO in October, Mobileye’s business has gained significant momentum.” According to him, we have identified a positive impression among our existing customers and new car manufacturers. These parties believe in our vision to build cloud-based driver assistance systems and artificial intelligence, and technology for autonomous vehicles that has global growth potential, and will provide significant benefits to millions of drivers around the world.”

The SuperVision autonomous driving kit developed by Mobileye for car manufacturers is already integrated into premium electric vehicles of the ZEEKR brand from the Chinese company GEELY. The product is gradually being integrated into two models of the brand and at the beginning of the week the Chinese company reported that it began to offer it commercially as an option for “selected customers”. In the first stage, the system relies only on cameras in combination with Mobileye’s mapping and decision-making technology, which enables autonomous navigation from point to point when the driver’s supervision is required but no active intervention is required from him along the route. In later stages, the system will also integrate the radar chip and the laser sensor (lidar) developed by the company independently.

Mobileye reports that following the successful penetration into China, it intends to expand the system’s penetration into Europe as well in conjunction with a prestigious European car manufacturer by 2025. The company expects to sell approximately 1.2 million units of the system by 2026.

In the field of ADAS products, which currently constitute Mobilay’s core business and generate the most revenue, the company reports that in 2022, 233 vehicle models with its technology were launched worldwide.
