Mon Laferte denounces harassment by Jaime Román during her time at Rojo

The singer born in Viña del Mar said that Jaime Román, producer of Rojo, constantly harassed her during her participation in the program, which lasted for nearly five years.

The singer born in Viña del Mar said that Jaime Román, producer of Rojo, constantly harassed her during her participation in the programwhich lasted for about five years.

“After I started to move forward and things started to get a little better, I came with my songs and I wanted to express myself because they told me: You are going to record an album with producer Jaime Román“They weren’t even good, but he would have at least listened to them. And no, he didn’t want to listen to them,” he recalled in his documentary.

Along these lines, she stressed that her relationship with Román “was horrible. Every time I saw him he was harassing me. I mean, we’re talking about the five years that the show lasted. That, for me, was the worst thing that happened to me in Rojo.”

Jaime Román was sentenced to four years of probation in 2013, as part of the investigation into child sexual exploitation, known as Operation Heidi, carried out by the Metropolitan South Prosecutor’s Office.

The former producer of Rojo accepted a summary trial, after acknowledging the charges of sexual services of minors on a repeated basis regarding six victims.
