by time news

Monaco’s Polish international goalkeeper, Radoslaw Majecki, 22, has been loaned to Cercle Brugge (Belgian 1st division) for one season without a purchase option, the Principality club announced on Wednesday. Recruited by Monaco in January 2020, for 7 million euros, Majecki then ended the season on loan at Legia Warsaw, his training club which he had taken to the title of Polish champion.

In Monaco, where he played only 11 matches in all competitions in two seasons, Majecki was first the understudy of Benjamin Lecomte, then of Alexander Nübel. Under contract with the club of the Principality until June 2024, the Polish international (1 selection) should start in Bruges, a subsidiary club of Monaco.

In parallel with this loan without an option to buy, Monaco also announced the permanent transfers to Cercle Bruges of two young French defenders who were under professional contract with the Principality club: the left-back Louis Torres, 21, and the defender central Lucas Larade, 23 years old.
