The initiative aimed at rewarding a degree thesis

New call for the 1000 euro scholarship in memory of Dr. Claudio Rabagliati, who passed away prematurely in November 2020 and was a competent doctor at the ASL of Alessandria and an epidemiologist specializing in Hygiene, Preventive and Occupational Medicine, appreciated for the correctness and humanity demonstrated in over thirty years of career.
The Municipal Administration, for the fourth year, pays homage to the fellow citizen with the initiative aimed at rewarding a degree thesis – completed or in progress – on one or more specific themes such as health protection, personal well-being, environmental protection, territorial valorization, especially related to the territory of the Municipality of Occimiano, Monferrato or, possibly, the province of Alessandria.
Residency in the Province of Alessandria is required, along with a degree obtained in the last five years or being a graduate in any Italian university after completing the academic path or being in the process of writing the thesis. The application – and the complete regulation – can be downloaded from the institutional website of the Municipality and must be submitted by Saturday 21 September by ordinary mail or delivered to the protocol office in Piazza Carlo Alberto, 1, attaching the summary (no more than one typewritten page) and the index of the thesis.
The judging committee, appointed by Mayor Sandro Deambrosis, will draw up a merit ranking. Other candidates’ qualifications are excluded from the evaluation and the assignment of the scholarship is not repeatable. The assignees undertake to deliver a copy of the thesis in its final version, authorizing the Administration to deposit a copy at the Municipal Library and present it publicly.
