In Tanzania in East Africa, a one-month-old baby was abducted by a monkey and died on the spot.

Shaima Syed lives in the village of Mawamko, near the Combe Nation Park in western Tanzania. Her one-month-old baby boy has died after being trapped by monkeys.

While the mother was breastfeeding her baby at home, a group of monkeys suddenly entered the house and snatched the baby from her arms. The girl screamed for help in fear, and the villagers rushed in, trying to attack the monkeys and grabbing the baby. The child was injured in the fight and had to be taken to hospital, but the child died.
