More and more SMEs are calling on Bercy for help

Due to the rise in inflation, companies in difficulty will multiply in the coming months.

The commissioners for restructuring and the prevention of business difficulties (CRP) (former commissioner for productive recovery of Arnaud Montebourg) are celebrating their tenth anniversary in a somewhat nervous atmosphere. While a sharp slowdown in the economy is looming for the next few months, these senior officials, responsible for supporting industrial issues in difficulty from 50 to 400 employees, will not be unemployed.

Since the creation of their activity, these turnaround specialists, generally two in number per region, have followed nearly 5,000 companies, including a large half of SMEs.
