It should be noted that when the work was inaugurated, no one saw anything new. This surprised the people of San Juan, which is why the media sought answers for the people of San Juan. However, we see as soon as the year began that the fountain in the square stopped working. It is unusual that this water fountain on the main promenade of the city, San Juan residents and tourists see it deteriorated. Right there, where hundreds of visitors arrive throughout the year. To this we must add other statues and monuments in different places in the province that are in very poor conditions.
