Telecable Gijón continues to be bathed in glory. The Gijón team wins its second title of the season, after the Super Cup, and becomes the most successful team in Europe together with Voltregá by winning its sixth European League for clubs in a final against Vila-Sana, which it has dominated from cape to tail.
