According to Board India, more than 300 employees have expressed interest in resuming production. Accordingly, production has started at the Board India plant from June 14. However, it is said that only 150 employees are currently employed. Previously the plant employed a total of 2600 people.

Production Tasks:

Production has started at the Chennai plant in two shifts from June 14. More than 300 people have expressed interest in resuming production. It is also increasing. Employees who have been on strike illegally since June 14 will be deducted from the pay scale set by law, ”Ford India said.

With the exception of 150 employees, the employees who had been protesting inside the plant are now coming out and continuing the struggle. The Board of India has announced that the work package will be available only to employees who return to work from June 14 and support the company’s production plans.

Extension of time:

A union official who spoke on condition of anonymity said talks were ongoing. Many employees of Board Inc. who responded to this have a lot of doubts about the work package. Due to this, they have asked for more time to decide on this. Due to this, we have extended the deadline from June 5 to June 18.
