“In St. Petersburg, 1,330 children underwent the first stage of vaccination against coronavirus infection,” the city authorities noted.

On January 23, St. Petersburg received the first 2,880 Sputnik M dose sets. It was recommended to vaccinate them, first of all, children with chronic diseases.

Schoolchildren from grades 7 to 11 study remotely in the city from February 2 to 13. The decision was made against the backdrop of an increase in the number of cases of coronavirus.

Holding sports events for schoolchildren from February 2 to 13 in St. Petersburg is prohibited, in addition to outdoor events and in schools of the Olympic reserve.
