Riyadh: Security agencies with strict checks to find those who violated the law in Saudi. As part of this, more than fourteen thousand violators were arrested during the one-week inspection. A total of 14,253 people were arrested during the inspection conducted jointly by the Saudi security forces and the General Directorate of Passports from the first to the seventh of this month.

Of these, 8,610 expatriates were arrested for violating Iqama rules. The Ministry of Interior announced that 3,451 people were arrested for violating the border protection laws, 2,192 people for violating the labor law, 438 people for trying to enter the country illegally, and 21 people for providing accommodation to illegal residents. The Ministry of Interior stated that the violators and those who provide them with any kind of assistance will face 15 years in prison and a fine of 10 lakh Riyals. Inspections will continue in the coming days to find those who have violated visa rules and settled in the country
