More than a third of Russians admitted that they do not like corporate events

39% of Russians do not like New Year’s corporate parties, according to the results of a survey of the service for finding high-paying jobs SuperJob. The study involved 1600 residents over 18 years old.

The poll showed that any variant of the event would be supported by 13% of respondents, and 12% would like to hold a corporate event in a cafe or restaurant.

6% of the survey participants wished to celebrate the New Year in the format of a team building or a quest with colleagues, 5% would prefer to go out of town. Another 4% of respondents chose a buffet table in the office, 3% – a party and dancing in a club, 2% of Russians voted for active recreation and sports.

Only one out of 100 Russians would prefer an online corporate event to all other formats, and 1% of survey participants named a cultural event, travel to another city or abroad, as the best corporate event format.

Among the original options mentioned by 6% of respondents were spa visits, non-alcoholic and stylized parties, and hunting trips.

“Compared to the pre-pandemic year 2019, Russians began to speak more often that the corporate party format is not important, the main thing is that it take place (13% today versus 9% two years ago). The number of those who do not like corporate events has decreased: 39 and 44%, respectively, ”the Superjob service said.

Earlier, the portal found out that 20% of Russians plan to spend the New Year’s premium on repaying loans, 12% – to postpone for the future or invest, 11% each – for vacation and family, and 10% – for gifts.
