The national leader of Morena, Mario Delgadoasked the National Electoral Institute (INE) to consider the mobilization called for next May 19, “Marea Rosa” as campaign spending by Xóchitl Gálvez, opposition presidential candidate.

“Out with masks. They were PRIAN marches, therefore, we are going to ask the electoral authority to charge that march as a campaign expense, because who is going to believe that it is a citizen march? And at least the march of 2024 and 2023, we are going to ask that they be declared as early campaign events, because it was evidently an orchestra directed to favor the PRI and the PAN,” he accused.

Likewise, the party leader recalled that the mobilizations of February 2023 and 2024 had Lorenzo Córdova, former president of the INE, as a speaker, which is why he asserted that the people attending these marches were deceived, because the leaders who convened are “rigged.” with the PAN, PRI and the PRD.

“Wrapped with the flag of democracy and with the hypocrisy that characterizes them, they posed as civil society, when it was always the right, that is why we denounced it at the time and we will continue to do so,” he concluded.
