“I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate all the senators, but also the deputies of Morena in the Chamber of Deputies, of the Green Party, of the Labor Party, who kept their word during the electoral campaign, when they went out, we went out, to offer the people of Mexico that the 20 reforms sent by the President would be approved, plus the reforms sent by our president, Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo.”he commented.

Through a live broadcast on social media, the Morena leader assured that Mexico is taking an important step, despite so much pressure from conservative groups, who had control of justice in the country.
Delgado also said that Mexico is entering a historic period for the judiciary, as the people will have a decisive role in the election of judges, ministers and magistrates.

On the other hand, Mario Delgado asked for calm from all those who have doubts about the judicial reform, as he ruled out that the initiative seeks authoritarianism: “There is no need to be afraid, the people of Mexico have shown time and again that they are a conscious people, increasingly more informed, and if they elect a president, why would they not elect a judge?” he said.
Meanwhile, the leader of Morena, Mario Delgado, who is the next head of Sheinbaum’s SEP, pointed out that from now on all members of the Judiciary who want to ensure their permanence, must act with rectitude, honesty, adherence to the law, without influence, without corruption and without privileging.
