Moroccan Agency for International Cooperation: Eight African students participate in the 10th edition of the Sahraouiya raid

Rabat – Eight students of Rwandan, Ghanaian, Malagasy and Cape Verdean nationalities will represent the Moroccan Agency for International Cooperation (AMCI) at the 10th edition of the Sahraouiya women’s solidarity raid, scheduled from February 3 to 10 in Dakhla.

Four pairs will compete in the various events of this sporting and discovery challenge, following a series of preparation sessions and several sporting events.

Driven by a spirit of sharing and mutual aid, these international students from AMCI support, through their participation, associations working in the fields of promoting the situation of children and mothers, in accordance with the values ​​of solidarity, self-improvement, commitment and responsibility promoted by this large-scale event.

Throughout the circuit, AMCI students, aged between 20 and 23, will compete in a multitude of events including mountain biking, trail running, orienteering, night trail running, mountain biking orienteering, boot camp and abseiling.

A 100% female sporting event, Sahraouiya brings together teams from all four corners of the Kingdom. This raid is run in pairs from start to finish for a shared adventure and sails between the turquoise waters of the Atlantic Ocean and the golden sand dunes of the Dakhla region.
