Morocco, a “solid partner” for Brazil (Brazilian official)

“Morocco is a solid partner for Brazil in Africa and the Arab world, thanks to the historical bonds of friendship and the privileged relations that the two countries maintain in various fields,” said Mr. Martins Cesar in a statement to MAP, on the sidelines of the reception organized by the Moroccan embassy in Brasilia on the occasion of the glorious Throne Day.

Recalling his recent visit to the Kingdom, the Brazilian official said he was able to see first-hand the economic progress made, the multidimensional reforms initiated, as well as the dynamism of Moroccan society.

He also said he was very optimistic about the promising future of Moroccan-Brazilian relations which will benefit the peoples of both countries, strong in their plural identity with multiple tributaries.

Mr. Martins Cesar also highlighted the growing interest of Brazilian businessmen and tourists in Morocco, noting that this enthusiasm will be reinforced with the resumption of the direct Casablanca-Sao Paulo air route next December.

Referring to the Morocco-Brazil Business Forum also scheduled for next December, he explained that this space will provide an opportunity to present Brazilian businessmen and investors with a broad overview of the potential that the Kingdom has and the investment opportunities it offers and to identify new areas of mutually advantageous and beneficial cooperation.
