The Moroccan diplomat also called for exploring the potential of the two countries, particularly in terms of investment promotion, noting, in this sense, that Morocco offers great possibilities as a gateway to Africa for Albanian commercial expansion.
Furthermore, Mr. Balla stressed the importance of strengthening academic and scientific cooperation and intensifying the exchange of experiences in the fight against illegal migration.
