Morocco and Ivory Coast share a common vision on regional and continental issues (Ivorian Minister of Foreign Affairs)

Rabat – Morocco and Côte d’Ivoire share a common vision on regional and continental issues, said, Wednesday in Rabat, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Integration and Ivorians Abroad, Kacou Houadja Léon Adom.

“The two countries have a common vision about everything that is happening on the African continent, and about the challenges that arise in the sub-region and the means to address them,” stressed the head of Ivorian diplomacy during a press briefing following his talks with the Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccans Abroad, Nasser Bourita.

The Ivorian minister welcomed, in this sense, the excellent cooperation between the two countries in different areas. “Like cooperation in the economic field, relations on the cultural level continue to strengthen,” he continued, highlighting the convergence of views of the two countries on the political level.

He further noted that Morocco and Ivory Coast are linked by historical relations, the foundations of which were laid by “Great Men”.

“Today, we have a duty not only to celebrate these relationships, but also to ensure that they continue and grow every day,” he added.
