The Karaikal City Police Station registered a case against him for trying to sell fake jewelry, and during the investigation, they discovered that Jerome Jesmond and his female friend Bhuvaneshwari were involved in the fraud. Jerome Jesmond was subsequently arrested.

A complaint was lodged with the Karaikal City Police Station on behalf of the bank management regarding fake jewelry worth around Rs.
